  1. Look ff74 the sophomore running back who happens to start varsity would put on three hundred yards plus against your jv. Our running back on JV is doing a bang up job but he is a linebacker. Before this year he has never carried the ball. We are playing JV without the best offensive player in that class. You wouldn't stand a chance if he played with his class. So before you keep bragging about how many wins you have against us you are looking at a incomplete class. Another sophomore plays lots of minutes on the dline. Throw them back in the mix and you get blown out.
  2. You're right we will push the streak to two in a row.
  3. I feel like a school teacher fixing all these posts. They are marching to a 9-1 reguler season . Lol
  4. Birds by one score. Dixie may surprise some.
  5. If Chatard shows up to play they will be some top level competition for the Colonels. Show be a good game.
  6. Don't underestimate Bragging rights.....:dancingpaIt's fun to poke at each other. All the 6a games but the two district are meaningless so, it's all about the bravado.
  7. Ryle is getting it together rather nicely. Cooper right now is still moving the pieces of the chessboard around trying to put the best team together. Seems like two programs going in different directions. I believe we SHOULD win this rather easily this year but those dang Jaguars have a knack for being a thorn in our side. No sleeping on Cooper they can rise up and battle us. This game will be taken very seriously by coach Engler his staff and the team. Neither of these teams wants to lose to their friends and neighbors. I'm looking forward to an injury free backyard brawl as usual.
  8. By the way Good luck Cathedral the rest of the way. Go get another one of those titles.
  9. luck is for the lottery. Chance on the other-hand favors the prepared.
  10. Not soon enough. What do you think, 21 point SK loss sound about right.:woot:
  11. You do realize that JV is strictly for playing time and half our players are playing out of position just to field a team right. I hope you know the only thing we care about is effort. The score means zilch. Go ahead knock yourself out on 2 jv wins and a varsity loss.
  12. Unless you learn and get better. I'd rather go into the playoffs with 2 good losses and have made adjustments to shore up some things than to go into playing a weak schedule and get booted out early of a one and done tourney. We will go in with a 8-2 record and SK will go in with a 9-1 record. Maybe you will learn from your loss to us!
  13. We need to work on his math or eyeglasses...
  14. Playing a frosh Qb will pay off big time 2 and 3 years from now. He will be seasoned and confident. Lumps now, wins later.
  15. This is true. Which makes no sense, but again is true.
  16. I concur just watched it on espn and he was down. Inches short. Had he held the ball out at all it was over. Well folks it's a game of inches.
  17. I'll say it again we are not the same team that was at the scrimmage or week zero. A few tweaks here and there coupled with some confidence and being coached up has made a world of difference. I would love a redo of those two games but life goes on, we learned and got better.
  18. For all those who said we were going to be embarrassed on national tv, what? It's all good, when we roll up on your squad we will make you a believer too. Thanks for the little extra motivation.
  19. We looked at the hudl he was in on the Scramble. Refs called him short so it is what it is.
  20. Yep, I was thinking stretch left behind Parker Bisek but from the 1ft line the sneak is the safe play.
