Beechwood will be lucky to get a team on the court. There are no junior boys playing and maybe two seniors. This is all coaching related, good for the boys. If you do not play your best then nobody will play.

The starting D gave up 14 points? Yes D needs work but better than expected.

Let's face it, the wins mean nothing if you do not play your best talent and are influenced by others. I am not discounting his ability to coach, but fairness, yes.

Beechwood plays as many as 30 games and also over schedules, but they are not serious about baseball. In most games, the best talent doesn't play. Too many parents calling and emailing coaches about playing time, they are not doing their kids any justice in the game of life. The home dugout is not even named after a Beechwood alum, it is named after the person who supplies their uniforms, that says it all. A change at the top would eliminate most of this.
