  1. You've got that right. What a great deal also, $400 for a season ticket that get's you into the Vault (Bar Area) for free chickens wings or whatever before every game. Trust me, it's a good time and it's great basketball.
  2. Romes and Pelle are both outstanding players. They both get to the basket very well. But let's face it so does some of the NKU players and they're 6'5" or better. It's tougher getting to the basket in the GLVC. Maybe NKU did miss out, but all things being equal, the bigger player gets the advantage. What's the only difference between a good DII player and DI, 3 or 4 inches. The same going from DIII to DII.
  3. There's no doubt that Pelle is a very good player, but he plays a 2. NKU has been loaded with shooting guards for years now. You have to recruit what you need. Bibbins is a very good point guard and that's what they needed at the time. Sorrell is a very good player but had to red-shirt because they were loaded at his position.
  4. I'm sure that a few of the kids mentioned could have played at NKU, but to say they have missed out is not even close to being correct. Have you seen NKU play? To be at or near the top in DII you have to have 2-3 DI players playing down. Like they had last year and now this year. Let's face it, the division I talent in this area want to go away to school and play DI, and you can't blame them. NKU has to recruit outside NK and Cin. to compete.
  5. Thanks, I really didn't know that much about the schools they were playing and I know it doesn't get you totally prepared for the playoffs if you not playing a full game.
  6. I know Ft. C is very good but why the apparently week schedule? They've had got one of the best teams in the state for a while now and every game seems to be a 50 point win. Is it the location of the school or what?
