Rumor has it that Travis Leffew a standout at Boyle Co and UofL, and had a taste of the NFL for a few different teams.Will join his brother Bobby at Lincoln County to help coach. Thats Great news, this staff has a plethora of "big time" football experience. I hope this true we could use him.:ylsuper:

We went threw the same thing at Lincoln when French went to Boyle, You know the football programs funds most of all the other sports in high school, it looks like they would put a little more into getting someone as fast as possible. I just don't get it? :confused: I wish you the best, I know it was hard on our kids last year.

I hope by Friday we can put all this behind us and just move on. Creig is a great guy and a great coach. Coach Settles can and will take care of this team and coaches. Just let him do his job.

Yes in support of Yeast.. I hope this just blows over... They need to let coach Settles coach his team and let him deal with any problems if any..... We just have about 4 or 5 kids that don't like to work hard, that's what this is all bout. The moms and dads need to let their kids grow up and become men........... If not the cheerleaders need some help with their team..

I'm not a politically correct knid of guy, white is white and black is black, if Darren was OC this year we could expect the same outcome as last. Sorry but that how it is.. Look everyone likes Darren, In the 90's his system worked, but in todays High School Football you just need more than he could offer. I wish him the best also, and he is a great guy.

No, but 2009 will only got 4 or 5 seniors , new OC and new QB. In 2010 we will have about 13 seniors.

Tre has not played football in the last 3 years. If he CAN catch up it will surprise me and most of the dads of the kids that have stick it out. The play book is huge and it's not 32 blast plays anymore this is pro plays. I wish him the best of luck. I know the coaches would like to use Hinds as a back. I think Hinds will be the QB.:ylsuper:

Just saying we could go that far in 2010. That's what the kids are working so hard for. We do need some kids that can catch the ball. We have some kids that say that are going to play?? most are in spring sports. But some of them are not use to being made to work as hard as the football coaches will make them work. I hope thay can step up.

Lincoln Co will have a freshman team this year!! Thats good news for them, starting to get the numbers up.

2009 is looking up, Lincoln will be OK this year. Hinds is getting better everyday. Edgington, Carrier, Graham, Shannon, Calhoun, are all getting better also, And we have a host of linemen that will be good. Lincoln will be verry good in 2010, look out bluebirds.
