Even though the win didn't go in the Mustang's column, it was an exciting game. The gym was filled with cheering fans and the Mustangs played as a team showing their desire to win. They played with intensity and despite some questionable calls, the game could have gone either way. If the Mustangs continue to play like they like they did in this game, they should be able to do extremely well in the District games.

Regarding Brossart stats (from bmustangs.com) This week the Mustangs would find a way to win, accountable largely to a big 3-pointer and a pair of blue-chip free-throws from Justin Saunders, a pair of critical free-throws by Ben Uebel, and a major free-throw and a heady break-away game clincher from Sophomore Alex Trentman. Seven Mustangs dented the scoring column in this one, led by Saunders 19 points. Alex Trentman contributed 17 points, his second consecutive double-figure effort. Zach Fardo and Joe Jennings were the other Mustangs double-figures scorers with a dozen each.

Update from Orlando regarding the Crons 16....... STILL PLAYING -- The Crons have 3 wins and 2 loses. Lots of talent on this team and they are playing well!

Incorrectly entered as western Pennsylvania team not Kentucky. They came in second in their bracket tonight They are playing extremely well against some very BIG and talented teams.

Regarding the Nationals in Orlando, the Crons 16 won their first 2 games. They play tonight for bracket championship.

Regarding the Hoosier Shootout, the Crons 16 won their pool. Today they beat Minnesota Select and advanced to the semi-finals. They play on Friday at 12:30 and if they win, they play in the finals at 4:00 p.m. Go CRONS!!
