  1. Don’t know either what that means that was the reporters words not mine, but I assume it means money wise.

I have seen a few reports on that possibly as early as this Wednesday or Thursday that Kentucky intends to offer Dan Hurley a deal that “he can’t refuse” according to sources close with Kentucky’s AD Mitch Barnhart The deal would reportedly make Dan Hurley the highest paid coach in college basketball history. They do now have an extra $33 million they don’t have to pay out.
  3. Why would he have to wait until the end of the NBA season, he doesn’t have a ball and chain attached to the Chicago bench does he?? Donovan first then I would call Pitino, bury the hatchet, I think BBN would love it!!!

  6. I’m going with Billy Donovan in about two weeks when the Bulls lose out in the playin tournament.
  7. Yes I think he went to a couple off season activities and saw the difference in the programs and what his role would probably be and decided to go back to Southern.
  8. Reds lose their first series of the season falling 3-1 to the Mets today. The Reds start a big series with the Brewers tomorrow.
  9. After scoring 18 first quarter points Caitlin Clark only scored 12 the remainder of the game, on just 5-20 from the floor in quarters 2-4. South Carolina just had too many different people to put on her and it just wore her down she was only 10-28 from the floor and 5-13 from 3 and 4 turnovers. Tessa Johnson only a freshman was huge today for South Carolina off the bench she 7-11 and 3-6 from 3 and scored 19 points. Kamilla Cardoso at 6'7 was just to much for Iowa she had 15 points, 17 rebounds, and 3 blocks.
  10. Final. A heck of a career probably the greatest in the history of the women's college basketball was not enough for a superior South Carolina team. South Carolina finishes their season a perfect 38-0. Iowa who loses in the finals for the 2nd year in a row and finish their season at 34-5. What is even more impressive for South Carolina's season is they had 5 new starters this season.

  16. Iowa cut it to 2 at 57-55 but South Carolina has went on another run it is currrrently 8-0 now and they lead by 10 at 65-55.
  17. South Carolina starts the 3rd quarter on a 6-0 run to lead 55-46 timeout Iowa just two minutes into the 3rd quarter.
  18. South Carolina held Caitlin Clark to only 3 points in the 2nd quarter after she set a record with 18 in the first quarter.
  19. First Half Stats: Iowa: 15-33 from the field, 6-10 from 3, 10-11 from the line. 18 rebounds and 6 fouls. S.C.: 21-45 from the field, 5-11 from 3, 2-5 from the line. 27 rebounds and 10 fouls.
  20. South Carolina closes out the half on a 5-0 run after trailing 46-44 to lead 49-46 at the half. The last play of the half was Johnson taking the ball from Clark in the open court and going down for a layup to end the half.
  21. Tied at 44 with just under a minute to play in the first half. A really good game so far.
  22. South Carolina has started the 2nd quarter off on a 7-0 run to tie it at 27 early in the 2nd quarter.
