Mustang fans can line up and drink all the Kool Aid they want. Problem for the Mustangs next season will be the Warriors from Western Hills. Western Hills has too much coming back. Spencer and Henry will fight it out for second place and that will leave 4th place for your Mustangs. The glory days have passed North Oldham by. :D
You are right on your assestment of the ten games. Davis is a transfer from Hopkinsville. Davis is listed at 6'4" but is a little under. Davis does play big. Shemwell and four other players have just started back playing basketball the season as they were on the football team that went three games into the playoffs. Owensboro lost a few players from last years team that beat Central 20 points in the state tournament.
Owensboro is the best team in the third region but will have to contend with rival Apollo who is a steadily improving young team (they beat Seneca by one this week) Muhlenburg North also could be a threat late.
Owensboro and North are both playing in the Jtown Gaslight Classic which starts Sunday.
Owensboro is not 6'8" & 6'10" inside, not even close. They played on Apollo's home floor. Would Moore's floor have been a true neutral court ?:cry:
I have seen both teams play. Both beat Western Hills. Elizabethtown has some top skill players and they can come up with the big play. North is steady and they do not quit. North seems to be on a mission This will be a battle.
My Final Words will be to wish Knute good luck with the Moore Mustangs because my Wolverines from Western Hills will get their revenge on the 21st. :thumb:Pay Back Time Baby:thumb:
Yep Knute Rockne, walking the halls for four years would be no problem for you. Probably walked the halls for four years and never went to a class while you were in high school. By the way my name is Governor Jake not Jake as you just referred to me in your last post. Treat your superiors with more respect :fight::fight:
Tell the coach and AD that they scheduled up in class a little too much. 3A playing 6A Always remember this: " IF YOU CAN"T RUN WITH THE BIG DOGS STAY ON THE FRONT PORCH "
