As a whole I think this has been one of the better classes but I think it is also indicative of the progress fastpitch is making in Ky. (I didn't know Larkyn was a pitcher but as talented as she is it doesn't suprise me:thumb:)

If a class system is adopted why not the six class system in place now? If the arguements for schools size etc. are valid (which I agree on) why would you not treat them as football is. 1A vs 1A, 2A vs. 2A etc.

Ok, but how are they broken down?

Just wondering, if the awards were for classes 1A-3A, and schools are classified 1A-6A how are they divided? PS. I have no problem with who received the awards as they were all deserving, just wondering on how they were divided.

I agree that there are few pitchers throwing 60+ and Garrard has one. We ran a radar on one of their pitchers this year and she was hitting 63 mph on some of her pitches with the remainder 59-61. (As you can tell I'm not from Garrard but I was impressed with their team in our two encounters this year.)

It's not like they grow on bushes. It would be unwise for any team to overlook them.

Very solid team top to bottom with power and speed. Best of luck to them.

I've seen Estill play several times this year. They should emerge from this region.
