Well I got word today that it is going to be at Monticello. This is a horrible mistake I'd rather drive to Mercer County and play our district games there at least we could seat everyone comfotably. The parking situation is horrible and the seating is just unreal. that gym might hold 350 people...maybe that's pushing it.

I have just heard this horrible rumor today that Monticello has decided to host the 2008-2009 48th District tournament this year. What in the heck are these people thinking?

This was an overall good game. Neither team really ran away with the game it was back and fourth all night. I think that the ref made the right call at the end of the game.

Southwestern beat Somerset something like 55-11 or something like that I'm getting ready to go to practice I'll look at the book and get the exact score.

Southwestern played Danville tonight and won by like 25. The Warriors had the Ads down by 20 by halftime. The Warriors just got too relaxed and was just careless with the ball. They should have beat Danville by about 40 or more points. Now don't get me wrong Danville has a nice team. It was Southwestern just had a little more experience as far as playing together.

Looking at Southwestern's schedule the only tournament I see is the district tournament, and the location is TBA.

It was during the final timeout that Boyle took. I don't know how you couldn't have heard or seen him he stood up and yelled it.

Who has the best freshman team in the 12th? I'm not sure about anyone else but Southwestern is yet to be beaten this year. from the start of their 6th grade year they are 65-5. and they are 4-0 this year.

The highlight of this game was when one of Southwestern's fans stood up with about 2 mins to go in the game and looked at the student section who were a bit noisey at the time and said "ya'll can set down now your job is done, we'll see you next time." and I be darned if they all didn't set down.

It pretty much was! Boyle had a hand full of fans and Southwestern had a very few. Boyle's student section was there but Coach Schulz made more noise coaching than they did.

Southwestern plays good soild defense and gets the W against the Rebels. Things are starting to take shape with the Warriors now they are finely starting to work as a team.

No Somerset didn't quit. Southwestern is just playing a tough D! With Muse and Jones the both practically stretch all the way across the floor and it makes it tough for Somerset to score.

Final! Southwestern goes to 2-2 on the season and travel to Boyle Co tomorrow night.

I'll agree with you. I've seen the Lady Warriors play twice this year and the closest game that I have seen was the Monticello game and I thought that Monticello was going to run away with the game but Coach Rice got the ladies settled down and they started hitting their shots and after 3 quarters Monticello was just gassed. Now mind you I'm not taking anything away from the Lady Trojans this is one heck of a ball team and I think they are going to make alot of noisy this year. Good Luck the rest of the season Lady Trojans.

The Lady Warriors will play the Lady Jumpers. I havent heard or seen much from the lady jumpers should be a good rivalry game.

The Warriors will host the Briar Jumpers on Friday. I think the Warriors are starting to turn things around this should be a pretty good game.

I will eat crow here. I predicted right about the Lady Warriors winning by a score of 65-48 but it didn't come easy! The Lady Trojans are a heck of a team they gave the Warriors all they wanted to handle for 3 quarters. Good luck to Monticello the rest of the season.

Well Coach Schulz got victory number 1 tonight. The Warriors are starting to look like they should. Correct me if i'm wrong but I think the score was 56-29???
