  1. PG-Greg Paulus SG-OJ Mayo SF-Shan Foster PF-Patrick Patterson (would be Hansbrough but I just can't stand him) C-Michael Beasley 6th Man F-Kevin Love
  2. Or a lot of people that didn't watch LexCath in the 11th region tournament.
  3. I'm amazed to see that you have a U.S. Open course as the 4th best course you have played. I wish I was going on golf trips with you.:ylsuper:
  4. Many college teams have no one to match up with Hopson.
  5. As I said before and was correct, Mason by as many as they want, depends on when they put the subs in. Congrats to EC on making it to Rupp, I'm just sorry to say it will be a short trip.
  6. This is what everyone said before their last meeting, and what was the outcome? Mason by 30
  7. He blocked the shot and got called for the foul, then he stood over top of the kid and stared him down (he probably said something too). Then when the other Cath players walked over to help Botkin up, he put his hands up but didn't back away, he deserved the technical, even if he didn't say anything, he was taunting, plain and simple. Btw, I have seen Combs act this way in previous games as well, taunting after a block. I'm sure the refs know how he is too. So that history won't give him the benefit of the doubt.
  8. I believe this will be the best team (considering they are playing the best in the state right now) that UHA has played this year. I would love to see this game and see what Hopson can do when he is really pushed to the limit. I have a hard time thinking UHA can beat LexCath, especially if they play like they did against Station, but it could be a great game if Hopson and Edmonson play their best.
  9. This thread is getting off topic, but I'm pretty sure that if Lofton would have come to UK he wouldn't be near the player he is today. I really can't see Tubby giving Chris to take the shots he takes at Tenn.
  10. :laugh:Thanks for the good laugh
  11. He has been committed to Air Force for a while I believe. BCG doesn't recruit committed players.
  12. I think it hurts them a lot, he didn't play that well in the Dunbar game either. The only stats I know is that Mack had 6 points, 4 fouls, and left the game about halfway through the 4th with an injury.
  13. Catholic just demolished 2 of the top 4 teams in the state. SC by 26 and Station by 16, it would have been a lot more but Cath just dribbled around and held the ball for about the last 3 minutes. Jordan Smart played awesome. If Cath continues playing like this, no one will touch them in state. Shelvin Mack just withdrew his name from the Mr. Basketball discussion, he was probably the 3rd best player on his team tonight, behind Morones and Ashford. I think if Smart keeps playing like he did tonight and Cath wins state he might just be thrown in the Mr. Basketball mix. Key word being might, I still think Hopson should win it.
  14. Sorry, I wasn't trying to be negative toward you, just pointing that out.
  15. As a freshman, my guess is starting bench warmer. He probably won't see a lot of minutes next year. But I see him playing the 3 spot.
  16. So right now he is having academic problems? Was he not good enough out of high school to play college? Is that why he's at a prep school. Thanks for your answers btw.
  17. Hopson can also play the 3. And in high school games he has some pretty decent post moves sometimes. I don't think he will try many of them in college though, but who knows.
  18. Wow, so he is at a prep school, not in high school? He will still be able to play 4 years though, right?
  19. Big Spring is in AMAZING condition, they're greens are unbelievable. You would be very impressed if you got the chance to play there. Olde Stone is the best manicured course in the state, it's probably the hardest too.
  20. Are you sure? A friend of mine is going to play tennis there, on scholarship, and he's not smart enough to get an academic one.
  21. I'm assuming you haven't played Olde Stone, Big Springs, Hurstbourne, Cardinal Club, Champions, Traditions, or Persimmon Ridge?
  22. I definitely think that Mackey could benefit our team, but I also agree with everyone that he should be a walk on, he deserves a 2nd chance, but it shouldn't be handed to him.
