  1. The 10th regional tourney should be very competitive in years to come. Mason versus Clark is always going to be a tremendous battle with both schools having loads of talent and class programs.
  2. Pawsat led the Royals with 17, followed by Setty with 11, and Gilbert with 10.
  3. Disagree somewhat, Mason's first game of the season was at Lex Cath, and they lost by 5 to a very very good freshmen team. They will play at Covington Catholic Christmas tournament and will face great competition. Freshmen basketball is not a joke, you often find a diamond in the rough by playing these games. If you can find 6 players that can contribute on the freshmen level, your program is pretty solid and that is what Mason County has and just one of the reasons why they have a solid program throughout. Firm believer, the more you play games, the better off you are.
  4. Coach Hinson is not worried about the closeness of this game, a win is a win whether its 1 point or more. Coach Hinson is preparing for his game on Thursday with Augusta, I would say his focus is on Thursday night, not last nights win.
  5. There are not many teams that face top notch calibar teams in November and the early part of December. This Mason team is averaging 86 points a game, they play 8-9 players, and all are contributing. Regardless of who they play, they still have to put the ball in the basket to score that many points.
