The Superintendent is the former coach who rents property to transfers. The Board Chairman is an assistant coach. Talk about the fox being in charge of the hen house.

We have discussed for several pages the misconduct of the AD, coach, and Superintendent. One other question I have is where has the school board been for the past 8 years. My point is everyone in the area has know that something wasn't right. It didn't take Sherlock Holmes to recognize the amount of out of state transfers that didn't live in your community or at a minimum did stay there for very long. For the record, I couldn't tell you one member of the school board so this isn't a personal issue with any of them. Maybe they just realize that they were in the state championship game last year. Who knows.

They know they are guilty of much, much more. The self reporting is an attempt to keep the whole thing from crashing down. The Super isn't demanding any resignations because his is next.

If I remember correctly there were a lot of upset people in Westwood when Tackett was dismissed. Isn't that correct?

u Well said. Made me think of the Fairview basketball teams with Jeff Hall, etc and the teams of the mid 70's with Rowe. Now that was something to rally around. Can't help but wonder what a guy like Rex Cooksey is thinking right now. He has spent the better part of his career at Fairview and if he ever cheated he was much smarter about it that the clowns running the show now.

Matney has done some questionable things but his plays show great sportsmanship and respect for their opponent.

It wasn't a complaint about Music as the Supt but a complaint to a KHSAA board member about the goings on at Fairview with specific examples of wrongdoing. Facts that are starting to come out now. Music probably felt, and rightfully so, that his buddy would cover for him.

I never laid eyes upon Chris Jennings and wouldn't recognize him if he walked into my living room but I can promise you that Music said in writting that he was his landlord. The same email where he used the term "Afro American" over and over. Guy is a real winner.

Here's something that you need to understand/know. The email/letter mentioned by Spindoc was a reaction to a complaint against Fairview. The complaint was orgionally sent to Marvin Moore the Super who was/is the Super at Rowan and the 16th region rep for the KHSAA. Mr. Moore thought the appropriate action would be to forward the email to Music because as Mr. Moore said "he needed to know if someone was complaining about his school". Does that seem appropriate to anyone else? My guess is that Music and other at Fairview felt like they were above the law.

In my dealings with Music I feel certain that every kid at Fairview would be better off when him gone.

Mr. Music, in writting, said that Jennings lived in a house that he owned.
