Maybe you just don't cover TO? He's bound to drop 3 out of every 4 passes. There were many years he could have had around 20 TDs if he could have just caught the ball. That said this is a great WR core...if we're talking about 2005 or something. -
Don't even think about this Ole Miss!!!
CatsCatsCats replied to FormerCawoodTrojan's topic in College Football
My thing is that they would have to change the offense around to accomodate him. That's not worth it to me for a one-year player with a criminal record. -

I don't know how much I'd like this move. Sure it would make Ole Miss better this season. But, it would also make them look bad and who knows how well Masoli would fit in Nutt's offense? I think JM is more of a product of the Oregon system than he is a great player. -

Okay, now I know you've been joking all along. Great jokes so far in this thread man. -

Yeah, that's what you'll be thinking about midway through the 2nd quater next year . -
:thumb: Not one of the coaches he mentioned even belong in the same sentence with Meyer or Saban. BK, Jones, Kiffin, and Joker couldn't hold either one of their clipboards.

, remember that next year. Next year's Canes should be by far their best team since '02. If that team isn't a top 5 team I'll stop watching college football. I don't know what ND will have next season but they're going to have to have a very, very good team, National Title good to beat the Canes in 2011-12. -
Okay you think Meyer and Saban are cocky but you still like BK?

If SK had someone like Shaun Alexander they would have ran every play too. It's not like Alexander just woke up one day and magically became good enough to lead the NFL in rushing. To get an offer from Bama he must have been pretty good in HS. Considering you're the only person who thinks the two should even be compared (let alone the face that you think Simpson is better), I think it's safe to say Alexander was better in HS, and has always been the better player of the two. -
Update: T.O. Will Sign With Bengals
CatsCatsCats replied to gametime's topic in National Football League (NFL)
TO would be a nice pickup for the Bengals. Not a necessary one IMO, not the missing piece to a Super Bowl run or anything like that but one more WR couldn't hurt. But if you're expecting the Dallas, Philly or San Francisco TO go ahead and get ready to be very disappointed. -

80 TDs is HS or a proven commodity on the college and pro level in Shaun Alexander. It's not hate, the rest of us just like to live in the real world. -

For the record I'm not slamming Simpson, I just think it's crazy to compare him to someone like Alexander right now. We all have biases, but good grief man. -

Oh forgive me, everyone knows highlight tapes on youtube are the best ways to evaluate how good someone is. Now I see the light. We've all been so crazy on here. What were we thinking? Shaun Alexander couldn't run through a pee-wee defense!!!! Those videos convinced me than not only is Simpson better than SA, he'd put All Day and Christ Johnson to shame. Heaven help SEC defenses. Run and hide Nick Saban, Miles Simpson is coming!!!!! -

DiCaprio is the best actor going IMO. He's past DDL in my book because Day-Lewis is hardly ever in a movie. -

UK got beat by like 18 points last year, far from an upset. UK played well that game but come on. And if last year's super Cincy team got curb-stomped by UF, I don't see Bama getting beat by them. -

CatsCatsCats replied to TrueBlueWildcat's topic in College Football
Okay I get it now. If you think UC is a top 5 program in college football I could see why you would think Simpson is better than Alexander. Once again, I can't even laugh at this. UC is a program on the rise and got into the top 5 last year but historically they're not even top 25 or probably even 40. -
I'm still looking, but haven't had much luck I guess we'll see if I can luck into some. And youth football does kill watching football on Saturdays, but it's worth it :thumb:.

Looking for Thoughtful Discussion...

I've thought about that for the floods that have happened in Olive Hill. I thought maybe it was a response to the drug problems and other things in the community.
