I was wondering how the heck Holmes lost this game, now I know. They had a bunch of kids sick. I knew there was a good reason.

Walter wasn't using it as an excuse but it is true. I spoke to him immediately after the game and the First thing he said was Boone has Holmes' number and hitting 14-14 FT's was the killer. No need to pile on fellas.

Wasn't an excuse. If you'd listen to the broadcast on Nkysports, you'd see that I give Boone a ton of credit throughout for being the better team and executing to perfection the gameplan that Coach had for them.

 

Their free throw shooting just shows how focused and locked in the were. Boone executed, Holmes didn't. End of story. Next time don't look to take something from a post that clearly isn't being implied as an excuse.
