If we was smart he is living off the money he earned and 150K in child support a year isn't hurting him to bad.

He said he's not broke and child support cases are reviewed every 2 years if requested. I am sure he can have his child support lowered if it presents itself as a problem. They can't make you pay child support with money you don't have. Plus, one child comes off the books in May/June.
