10th Region So Far

Featured Replies

Is the regional being held @ Montgomery this year? If so, I think that has to give the Indians an edge.

Yes it is at Montgomery Co. I agree with the home court advantage, but others have denied it.

Isn't Mason County the only school that doesn't think there is such thing as home court advantage. Seems I remember that as an argument not to move the regional tourney away from Mason. With that being said, I do love the Field House Atmosphere, but sharing the tourney seems much fairer.

Of course there is such a thing as home court advantage and this year the advantage goes to Montgomery. But as long as the advantage is shared that is fair.

I honestly feel like this is a rare occasion that a head-to-head matchup becomes void. That game was played at Montgomery County. I just feel like right now, GRC is playing better basketball.

Same can be said in this poll since Scott has beaten Mason, Harrison, and Pendleton and is ranked behind all three. Augusta has lost to St. Patrick and ranked ahead of them.

:thumb: But it amazes me that some will denie it.....
