I maintain that if this were solely racially motivated, then he should be canned by his airline. Again, great questions, still don't have all the info. Don't you think if any of those things had happened we'd have heard from the pilot? This entire situation would be avoidable if he said, "They made threatening comments, I was looking out for the welfare of the other passengers." Not a good enough reason for me, but would've defused the situation quite quickly.

I imagine none of this will come out until there's a trial. If he's really got no good reason, there will be a settlement out of court, probably never know what he thought or heard or said. Then I would be more willing to throw him under the bus.
December 21, 201114 yr I was a single male with no luggage on a one-way ride. That's always gonna get flagged. The breeches-invasion may just have been a rogue TSA agent. They werew still sortin' a lot of stuff out in '04. Or perhaps he just liked the cut of your jib??? :lol:
