The Maroons rollercoaster season continues. Is their depth or lack of a frontcourt the issue? This team has a lot of talent and could still win the region but something seems amiss.

Buckhorn is really not a bad team. They'd be a top 3 team in the 12th region easily. I'd say these teams are on equal footing. I wouldn't look too much into this loss Pulaski loss.

How many Did Matt Day get?

32 for Day. 32 for Gover and 21 for Johnson

Day is probably the best unknown player in the state....has a good mid-range jumper, handles the ball well for size, is long and very athletic....will be a steal for some mid-major program!!

Gover is a very nice lefthander, I remember watching him play AAU ball for Somerset 4-5 yrs ago....the kid can shoot it. Johnson I believe was on that same team if I am not mistaken. That was a very nice team they had, curious to know where they all ended up playing HS ball.

Gover is right handed. But yes, he can really shoot it. He and Johnson are both juniors. Along with Goins those 3 make a great trio that has started varsity since they were freshmen.

Very true. He makes everyone on that Buckhorn team better. He is fun to watch. I couldn't agree more.
