My two favorite rooms besides ones with friends are:

 

Hip-Hop: Sickness, No Cure - Though I'm a little intimidated to DJ in there. These guys know their hip-hop and I'm discovering a lot of stuff I like. It's also well moderated.

 

Folk/Americana/Blues/Soul - It's All... - This is the perfect room for what I listen to most of the time. Great crowd usually and I often DJ in there.
