In fairness, when you look at our photos you are seeing about 1/500th of a second in time so while something appears to be an obvious hold to us it won't appear so to the naked eye. The only reason I put these two up is because I came across them both within a few plays of each other and the stretching of the jersey was so pronounced I figured each of these almost had to be a legit hold.

And I saw Martin get pancaked by 78 and 91 of BW. Happens!

 

And I say, I wouldn't want to be hit by them (78 & 91) either.

Looking thtough your photos #596 thru #601 are nice ones. Could have been used for Funny Caption. I think the official in these pics just didn't understand what was going on.

Agreed. And if the offensive player let go of the jersey in the 1/500th of a second right after you took the picture I can understand why the ref didn't call a hold.

78 was pancaking anyone who lined up against him. On offensive he was a man among boys.
