Agree or Disagree?

Christian wins by 54 points and loses a spot?

Christian County dropped after the game against Fort Campbell.

Plus, you know, it was Hopkinsville. Greenwood, the team Central beat by 39 on Friday, beat Hoptown by 50.

#'s 1 and 2 are a toss up imo.
Heck, a strong argument could be made that #'s 1,2,3, & 4 are a toss up.

True Hoptown is horrible. Greenwood stayed with 14 of Mayfield then the bottom drops out. Warren Central went on the road and had a dog fight with Meade County the same week as County/ Fort Campbell game. I can see why WC is head of County based on the only common opponent was Fort Campbell who WC dominiated but played County tuff. I do think Fort Campbell is a different team now with the Senior starting QB. BG and John Hardin are the two best team with WC and Christian being a step behind at this point of the season. Don't know really to much about Harlan except one film I watched they seem to have a couple of good backs, good linemen and play old fashion 5 yards and a cloud of dust. Kind of like it.

I must confess I never understood that move in the first place, taking Hills out of the QB position. I think they'd have been better, but I think the score disparity would have still been pretty large.

As to the Meade game, everyone has told me that at home they're a very, very tough team, and it bore out in that game. It was Central's first road game, and they had more trouble moving the ball than they previously had. Plus, that Wilson kid for Meade (who has now missed the last game and a half) is a stud. He gained round 170 yards of Meade's 240 yards of offense, 120 of which came on two plays. I expect when they've got him back they'll be back to making noise. And that game took place the same week Christian played Lone Oak, rather than when they played Fort Campbell. If I was guessing, the Fort Campbell differences were just too big to ignore.

I also agree that right now you have tiers in the top of 5A. Bowling Green and John Hardin are in theirs, with Warren Central, Christian County, and Harlan County in theirs.

North Bullitt breaks the Top 10 next week.
