In all honesty I was just somewhat amused at some of the posts about the Rocks on the forum recently and it seems that greatest praise and even borderline cockiness about this team comes more from folks in NKY than it does from the Trinity folks. By and large we are pretty reserved about these kids so far. They are an amazing team, but the schedule they have before them is unprecedented for the school(and possibly this state). I have no doubt that they can win out, but at the same time it is by no means a done deal.

 

I am not trying to say anything about the folks in NKY by any means, I was just amused at how excited some have been about our defeat of the GCL teams.

Highlands fans are probably the most excited. Seeing T dominate big schools shows them that the beatdown they took in the scrimmage is not an isolated incident. If they had any concerns after that game they have been relieved by both T's success and HHS' success.

Thanks for the perspective. It makes alot of sense. It almost puts us in the role of a 'big brother" (at least this year) coming to the defense of "our little brothers" up North who have been subjected for so long to the 'Scott Farkus'es" who live across the River ! :lol:
