Can Boyd stay in this one against the Red Devils?

I know Ashland made it a long night for the Red Devils but Russell is about to show everyone how big the gap is between the Tomcats and my Lions, they're 2-1 with what may well be the easiest schedule in Boyd County history. This should be a no contest, the Lions are much improved over last season but still nowhere near where they should be.

If Boyd can catch the ball it might be a game. Plus the Lions have had time to get some banged up players healthy.

Russell should win big. But, for some reason Boyd seems to play their best game of the season against Russell every year. Nonetheless, Russell wins.

I was about to post basically the same thing about BC playing Russell tough. . Boyd's qb is very good and if thy could find a way to connect on some of their passing game then it could be a long night for whoever they play. I still am picking Russell by at least 2 TD's.

My prediction has been shared by my fellow Ram fans. I just think Russell has too much and Boyd County doesn't have an identity or the moxy to fight through for the victory.
