September 10, 201115 yr If CMU sticks to the run, they should win. That is a disturbing statement. I am hearing tons of talk about the offense and Newton but if a MAC school can control the game by running the ball, that is a huge problem. Is the defense that weak?

September 10, 201115 yr Kentuckys defense is not weak. Some of you all panic too fast. Trevathan and Guy look good! Ky looked bad early but they have a lot of guys starting (regularly) for the first time. An ugly win is still a win. Are they gonna win the sec? Heck no, but they will get better and might even make a bowl.

September 10, 201115 yr Not looking bad right now, def a lot of positives to build on going forward. No progress would be cause for concern, but instead of laying down when CMU was putting it to them early, the have hung on and now they are starting to get some things going.
