I think the Trinity freshman team should be #5 or 6. The Trinity managers/trainers would be in the top ten too if they could play with just 8 guys.

Yeah, 8/9/ don't fit 10...8) Rocks freshmen 9) Rocks cheer leaders 10) Concession stand workers at Rocks field. RP wouldn't even write out Simon Kenton.

 

But to be fair you could do the same thing for a lot of us on here, I have a certain school in the SEC...

I took my "shot" at RP simply because I knew he'd take it well.

 

Well, and because it was deserved.

I would put Boone County in the top 10.

 

If they win this week I agree.

I don't think that there is a snow ball's chance of that happening, so Boone County's flirtation with a Top 10 position will be a short-lived one. After Cov. Cath., Boone must face Male, Dixie Heights, Ryle (although without Elliott), and Simon Kenton in a row. There is a humongous difference between these teams and the Southwestern, Conner, and Cooper teams that the Colonels faced to start the season.

 

Agreed, they have to prove themselves against better competition to crack the top ten. I wouldn't be so quick to factor wins and losses before the games are played, Boone has passed each test thus far and are gaining confidence. Couple that with a uncharacteristic passing game, who knows how well they'll finish? I haven't drunk the cool aid but I have been pleasantly surprised and am looking forward to seeing them against tougher opponents.
