Garrard County impressed some with a 4 OT win over Clay County.

The Golden Lions have struggled on defense under Scenters for whatever reason. I think that continues, I'll take Danville 49-7.

You might be right this week but the defense does appear to be much stronger this season. They held Clay County to 228 yards total offense on Friday night. The high point total was more of a case of too many overtimes.

 

As for this week against Danville, it will be interesting to see where the Lions are. There is cautious optimism around Lancaster that this year's club could be very solid and a game against Danville should be a good measuring stick.
