Blazer with no disrespect If McCreary wins 3 or 4 games this year it will be something they can build on and with that it will be a successful season. Winning one district game and making it back to the playoffs would be icing on the cake. Right now beating Pineville is huge for McCreary and could be the confidence they need to have a successful season and right now the Raiders need to gain confidence and keep keep improving their fundamentals and I support them in their quest and I have confidence they can get the job done! Go get'em guys!

 

If the Raiders really have all these great athletes then a 4A team should be able to beat a 1A team handily. Thhe sad truth no matter if HOP or Cellking wants to admit it or not is that the 2009 version of the Raiders that couldn't get out of the first round of the playoffs is the pinnacle of Raider football.

AverageJoe all I can tell you is this is the same bunch that beat Somerset in JV 2 years ago they also beat several other people. This bunch only lost 2 games as JV's so I know they have the ability to play good football. Also, we are 3A not 4A.

Maybe the McCreary JV that beat Somerset was mostly sophomores and Juniors while the Somerset JV was a lot of freshman and sophomores.

15 Jr. on this team that were Fr. 2 years ago and one of them played only Varsiety.

Well that's just not true, I know for a fact for two years everyone that came to practice and didn't play on Friday nights got JV playing time just to make sure everyone got playing experience and the JV coach got hammered by the parents for putting playing everyone over winning close games. 2 years ago there were 3 Jr's that played varsity that also played some JV and they were kids that started defense but needed expensive on the O line the rest were freshmen and sophomores and the best freshman Tyson Williams didn't play JV at all. As for Roark and Watts the last time Roark played JV was One game his sophmore year which was the the last JV game of the year and the only one he

(Sorry hit the wrong button) the only JV game he play that year it was against Pulaski and McCreary lost the game. The only reason he played that game was to start making the transition from TE to TB. Watts to the best of my knowledge never played a JV game and I know he didn't from his sophomore year up, not 100% sure about his freshman year. Please don't let personal feelings allow untrue posts! It's not fair to everyone involved especially the kids who worked hard for their accomplishments!

I mean everyone knows that you guys blowed any chance of winning a region even with Aaron, much less without him. Robert and Lebron are brothers in arms when it comes down to the final quarter so thats not even in question. So with that being said, cellking is right, Pineville is up next.
