Well they obviously won 2 in the 70's, and I know from my uncle that they beat the Yankees sometime in the early 60's when Danny Murtaugh was the manager. Yes, two in the '70s (1971 and 1979 - both against Baltimore) 1960 they beat the Yankees on Bill Mazeroski's walk-off home run. And don't forget the 1909 win with Honus Wagner and the 1925 win with Pie Traynor!
