Entourage: The Final Season

There is a problem with your first argument. Jamie-Lynn Sigler did actually hook up with Turtle.

I know. She didn't stay with fat Turtle though and her actually dating fat Turtle is a stretch, IMO. Not saying she left him because he was fat but I think we all know in real life Jamie-Lynn isn't hooking up with fat Turtle. She'd hook up with Vince.

I'm not sure if you understand what formerkywrestler is saying. Jamie-Lyn and Jerry Ferrara actually dated...

Really? Are they still together? That would really explain the weight loss.

You didn't know that? But no, they split up well before the weight loss. But it still makes your first point moot since Jamie-Lynn did indeed hook up with "Fat Turtle" in real life.

Point taken.

I forgot to mention that Drama dropped the best line on tv(maybe ever)I have heard in years after E told the guys that Sloan moved to New York after they hooked up the day before. I can't say it on here but it was classic. I spit out beer and laughed hard and replayed it at least 3 times. Classic moment in Entourage history for me.

I don't understand where they're going with this. Isn't there only like 2 episodes left or something? Nothing has really even happened to the guys in this season. What do you all think?

Unless the film happens I'm pretty sure Entourage is going to have one of the worst endings ever.

Yeah, not a whole lot developing. At least not much of interest. I keep getting the feeling Drama is going to land something big.

They are setting up for te movie big time. Way too many loose endings with E, Ari and Drama to just walk away forever. Not to mention Vince and Sophia. Turtle is currently the only person with some kind of closure this season. E and Ari are both coming to new beginnings. The series can't end now. I can already tell that even though they are setting up the movie big time I am going to be upset and sad at the same time next Sunday. I hope it is a one 45 minute- one hour episode at least.

8 episodes in the final season is wack.

I was thinking about this the other day. Who would you say is the main character of Entourage? Not that you have to have one, but it is an interesting question. The show is centered around Hollywood, not the characters.

You have to wonder if E is going to quit his business since Sloan is moving to NY.

At the beginning, the credits list Kevin Connolly ahead of Adrian Grenier, so I'm guessing the show considers E the main character. Close call, though.

Really going to miss this show. I got a lump in my throat the last few minutes there. I was expecting to be mad but they made me emotional. Wasn't expecting that. So long fellas.....see you in 2013.

It was a great last show and I love the Zepppelin as they took off in their respective airplanes.

That was the longest movie trailer I've ever watched...

Overall a vapid 30 minutes. Definitely not what I want out of a series finale, even a series I've become this against. Seriously the show in a span of 24 "real" hours made these leaps.

- Reporter lady went from unsure about going on one date with Vincent Chase to "fly away to marry" Vincent Chase. All because of a "24 hour date". Notice they didn't show one freaking second of the date. I thought this woman was supposed to be smart.

- Sloan forgot all about everything she had against E even when Vincent let her father know about her pregnancy.

- Mrs. Ari broke up with her boyfriend, forgot everything, and took Ari back.

Seriously, all that happened in 24 HOURS?!?!?! This isn't even taking into consideration the ridiculousness that was "hey Turtle don't worry I bought all your tequila shares and now you are a millionaire". Wow, I mean wow. This is not hyperbole, season 8 might have been one of the worst seasons of TV...ever. If you buy that the first two or three seasons were actually good (something I'm starting to doubt) then it's remarkable how far it's fallen.

This season was definitely rushed. No doubt about that. 8 episodes in the series final season? Ridiculous. I just knew the last episode would be an hour long.

That being said.....I still hate it's gone and I hate I have to wait until 2013 for the movie. I loved this show from day one. I am easy to please and don't expect a lot from fictional tv shows so despite the poorly plotted and planned final season.....(what happened to Drama's cartoon....they signed Dice back that quickly and then the storyline disappeared....why was Phil still mad at Drama if they had the cartoon back?)......Entourage is easily one of my top 5 shows of all time. I could watch any episode anytime. I'll miss them. My summer Sunday nights with the tube just became a little less meaningful.
