So NewCath only had 4 hits?

Great photos.....Hightchew looks like Road Warrior Hawk and the Pitcher for Boone Co (assuming its Laumann) resembles Aaron Harang. Anyone agree?

Yes! Very much so.

A very nice win as I predicted. NCC should handle Conner and take the Region.

At this point, you have to think Conner has a great chance. I liked NCC from the outset, though I did think Boone would beat them. Conner is absolutely on a huge roll right now and you just can't discount that momentum factor. It'll be very interesting to see who Conner throws against a good-hitting NCC club. I like both teams, but I have to root for the District 33 team to win it all! Best of luck Cougars.

What a year for Newcath sports... Football brings home state title, Boys and girls basketball teams advance to region finals with the girls bringing the title home, and now the baseball team is in the region championship.

Congrats Breds.

Also the girls track team won the 2A state title for the 3rd straight year, and they don't even have a track facility to practice on.

And the boys and girls basketball teams both won the All-A region and played in the All-A state tournament. Also, the boys soccer team made it to the All-A state tournament. The NCC JV baseball team won the Junior Varsity Championship this year too.

GO BREDS!!!
