Anyone see the Bono/Dylan examples as being different than Common?

 

Nope. Not at all. I am still waiting for Eazy-E's 1990ish accepted invitation to the White House from George Bush, Sr. to be addressed. Like I mentioned, he actually made a song and made millions of dollars off a song that completely disrespected and undermined the Police. To the unbiased eye Eazy-E's song did way more damage and affected millions more people than Common's freestyle poem at a poetry house.

 

And then Republicans wonder why a lot of black people don't trust them and why a lot of black people will cry racism whenever Obama is getting slammed. This is why.

 

And before people start crying that, "everyone who disagrees with Obama isn't racist" stuff I will say again that I know that. I am just explaining to you why a lot of black people feel that way. Because of bogus and uninformed battles chosen by the Right like this one over Common's invite to the White House.

I thought Stewart crushed O'Reilly. I hate that, because I'm not a Stewart fan; but the points he made were very valid.
