I expect Homer to be starting Friday night. Another great outing this weekend. Wouldn't be at all surprised to see them go with Homer Friday and push Wood back a day.

I'd flip flop Gomes and Bruce since Gomes has been walking so much but glad he made some changes.

Can't hit behind a runner if his mohawk depended upon it. Can't reach the outside of the plate with a boat oar. Gomes would be the worst option in the 2hole in the history of 2holes.

Bruce isn't exactly tearing it up. It makes sense for Bruce to be there but I'm just saying.

He only threw 72 pitches in his last one he needs to get to 90 before he can come up IMO.

No I never saw that honestly I just knew they were trying to get him higher then his last outing and 72 wasn't much higher. He has enough trouble getting deep into games let alone with a low pitch count. :lol:

I believe you, just giving you a hard time. Given Bailey's history 72 pitches may just get him thru the 4th inning, and we all know the Reds don't need that right now.
