What does Wayne County need to do to improve in 2011? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Wayne will be young once again , but will have kids that will have game experience. Got to find a solid running back , probably throw the ball alot more this year with Soph QB Tyler Guffey..... Have a tough schedule with the likes of North Laurel , Estill Co, Lincoln Co , East Jessamine and in District play with Bell and Corbin in district now with McCreary and Casey Co. going to be a very tough road. With that being said Wayne always puts a very competitive team on the field each Friday night. The kids seem to always play hard.............

Thompson is a good coach.....he will always have kids ready to play.

True. You got to have parental support who make their kids committ to what they start, I think Shawn has that. Quality guy, solid program. They should be able to win 6 games this year.

I think Wayne County will finish 3rd in the Dist. leaving the #4 spot for Casey, McCreary Central and Jackson Co. to fight it out over.

Jackson County is no longer in that district. Their new district includes Breathitt County, Knott County Central, Magoffin County and Morgan County.

The Wayne district is now a five-teamer including Bell County, Corbin, Casey County and McCreary Central.
