March 3, 201115 yr I really think medicine will slow his decline. It's not like it will be in 20-30 years it's only a few years away. I don't think they will invent a miracle drug by then, well wait they already did it's call HGH. I mean a legal one.

March 3, 201115 yr When Kobe was young they probably thought the same thing. I don't think Medicine is doing all the much for Kobe. He has lost a huge amount of explosiveness. I think there will be a pretty big decline with him shortly. He has a great work ethic which helps some of that.

He has a great work ethic which helps some of that. I'm not implying he's on HGH or anything but I'm guessing his nutrition is top of the line and he takes some sort of supplements. My basic point is technology of all kinds including medicines will soften the decline for guys.
March 4, 201115 yr I agree with that. I think he figured out the last couple years that regular season doesn't matter as much as he thought it did. I went to the game in Indy a couple weeks ago and I thought the Heat gave maximum effort for 5 minutes. And LBJ in February is nothing like a motivated LBJ in May. I'll say that and continue saying that until someone has seen him play as much as I have. You see no NBA guys saying LBJ can't hack it late in the season. Sure he hasn't won a title but two seasons ago he was as good in the playoffs as anyone has been in recent memory, and I feel he had a championship type performance. You give him any real player to work with and they win it all that year IMO.
March 4, 201115 yr Author Lebron misses another wide open three to tie a game. They've got a couple of big games coming up in the next week against the Lakers and Bulls. They need a win against Chicago. That could play a big role in home-court advantage for the playoffs.
