CCH doesn't have anyone that can stop Hatton one on one; There are more personnel adjustments on the CCH side that need to be made. It will be interesting to see what adjustments CCH makes this time to the athletisicm of Dixie.

This is how the Scott Co tournament went. Dixie played Wednesday, CCH snowed out Thursday. Dixie played early evening on Friday beating a bad Dunbar team. CCH played George Rogers Clark and got physically beaten up and lost by 20 after the Dixie Game. CovCath played Saturday morning and whipped up on Boyle Co, Jake Thelen 1000 point club. CovCath has to go back and sit around the hotel room until after dinner. Played Dixie Saturday night in an empty middle school gym. Came out flat, connelly played a few minutes. I know this sounds like excuses, but I'm just telling how the weekend went. I'd be shocked if this game were not closer and a better game.

One other factor for everyone to consider is that Coach Listerman is having surgery to repair an injury he suffered pulling a baby from a burning building, er, I mean keeping Mash from doing a kamakazie landing during the St. Henry game. There is a pretty good chance CovCath will be coached by Coach Mo and Coach Trainter. I, for one, am interested in seeing how this impacts CovCath's game.

Keys for CCH are to attack the inside and utilize their size possibly getting Pike in foul trouble. Guard play will be key for Dixie. If Hatton and Trammel are on then they will be the difference.

Not a triple header as the frosh are in the middle of their tourney.

 

Coach L is having surgery on his arm, which he hurt trying to save Mash from running into the scoring table at the St. Henry game. He was in a lot of pain that night after the incident. Not sure if the surgery is being done to repair the muscle or to the ligament, maybe both but the Doctors said it has to be done now!
