Were any of those coaches McCreary co. natives. I had forgot about Roscoe Denny who coached only one season but I don't know that he was fired, he seems to be someone who has moved around a lot so maybe he just decided to leave on his own.

Also what about Tim Stephens, he was the head coach for a year before Jones, did he get fired? I would be completly shocked if he was.

Rosco Denny, yes he was just not hired back. Tim no he resigned. None of the others were from McCreary Co. Bozeman has lived in County for 20 years +, still lives here and Coaches in whitley Co.

Maybe they will bring Stephens back, he was a great player there. A legend. Other names that people are talking about are Trevis Upchurch- Monticello, Don Story former girls coach at Lincoln, Tim Rice Southwestern Girls coach. Anyone else hear any?

I would be floored, absolutely floored, if Don Story coached at McCreary Central.

Lived here a long time, Coach Jones is not going anywhere.

cellking does the public stand by Raider Rob after all the let downs? Or are they wanting a new coach to get them over the hump?

Fans, not saying anything in public. I'm not sure there is a lot of interest in any sport unless the people have a reliative involved. Those that have kids involved just keep mouth shut. IMO Rob will be here as long as he wants to Coach.
