This one surprises me after Christian beat Scott County. Maybe Lafayette is getting it together?!

I watched this Lafayette team in the Lloyd Invitational and in most of the games the coach started at least 3 freshmen and a sophomore even though he had several really nice looking seniors on the team. I thought back then that it may have been a discipline thing but who knows. This may be a team that could surprise some teams come tournament time. They lost to Christian by 25 earlier and by 23 to LexCath but there is something about this team that should scare teams if they get it right. They have some size and speed and a couple of kids can come off the bench and shoot it a little. Has anyone seen this team lately?

Big win for Lafayette........

As I said earlier, no one knows exactly what goes on inside a program. Hopefully they are back on the right track with the kids that want to be on the team. Good win!

Time will tell the true story, always does......then we will see how much better Lafayette will be!!
