Scott just didn't look right from the beginning. I think they were beat before they even stepped on the court. Very surprised at how unready to play they were. No excuse for missing 5 easy layups in the first half. Scott just doesn't usually do that. With that said, Holmes played very well. Hayes was the best player on the court in this game. Amazed at that kids leaping ability. IMO, Scott has beaten better teams but lets call it how it is, Holmes seems to own Scott in football and basketball. Holmes truly did blow Scott out of the gym for the 2nd year in a row.

I am surprised that Chris Hayes had 8 steals in this game.. Haynes and Smith are very good, experienced guards for Scott. This margin shocks me.

 

Mr. Huhn told me after the game that Hayes had 8 steals.

 

The paper today had him with a double double at 16 pts, 10 stls...as well as Rice with a double double at 13 pts, 10 rbs.

We have continually had trouble with our wireless card during basketball season. I apologize and assure you we are working on it.

 

It's hard to get good wireless inside a gym. Just ask Ryan Ernst as he was having similar problems at Newcath during the All A.

 

Glad to hear that we (Brossart) are not the only ones having an inordinate amount of disconnections/inturruptions streaming this season.

 

Last year we were neary perfect, but this year ...................................................................

 

You'd think as the years pass, the cell connections would improve instead of deteriorate, but that has certainly been the case this year.

The archive is no better.

 

I agree, I tried to watch today to see how it was, if it is a card problem I don't think the archive would would be messing up? Maybe they can consult with iHigh and figure it out. It's a shame, not only to the people who are hoping to watch it live in the internet, but also the people doing the announcing, all that time and work and no one can hear/watch the game. If they ever get it figured out it would be a nice thing for the fans who can't go to the game.

We are currently working with ihigh to get the problem fixed.

 

Again, I apologize to all of those who were unable to watch this game or only got bits and pieces of it, due to the internet connection constantly messing up. This is our first year doing basketball, unlike football, so we're still working some kinks out and trying to perfect things.

 

Our next scheduled broadcast is Dixie/Ryle on the 7th. Hopefully we can work things out by then.
