January 8, 201115 yr I am taking Dallas Now lets come up with a format that will allow us to do all seven rounds. I say no Trades We need a time limit on draft picks. Please add to this so we can make this happen.

January 9, 201115 yr Can someone PM a person who doesn't pick within a certain time limit? I get e-mails to my blackberry, so if I got a PM because I was taking too long, I could make the pick from anuwhere. This could be an option.

If the person who is on the clock fails to pick anyone but the next owner on the clock can make the pick. If an owner misses two picks he/she is out and another can take over the team.
