I know one thing, the congestion on Dixie Hwy was garbage. When I leave work I check to see if I-71 is backed up and if so I usually go downtown across the suspension bridge and up Pike St/Dixie and hit up the interstate at the Ft. Wright exit. I actually went through Lewisburg tonight and apparently everyone had the same game plan. The line started just prior to the bend/The Views and it took seventy minutes to reach the Skyline Chili. It took another hour from their to hit the 275 ramp at Crestview. My normal 25 minute trip took exactly 2 hours and 35 minutes. I wish I had an automatic.
