Pendleton County 82 Nicholas County 19

Featured Replies

Final from Carlisle. Pendleton starters only played about three minutes in the second half, and the last five were in for the entire fourth quarter. Mason Monroe leads PC in scoring with 13.

Wow!!! Nicholas have some players out or did they just have a horrible game. 19 points really helps Pendleton's defensive average. :)

Nicholas had all of their players I believe. They're going to struggle mightily this year. They only scored four second-half points

Pendleton Scoring:

Monroe 13, Walsh 10, Antrobus 9, Crozier 9, Bonar 9, Moore 9, Valentine 6, Strong 4, Alsip 4, Harper 3, Rering 2, Gibson 2, Woods 2.

Glad to see Center Aaron Bonar back playing and contributing finally. Having him playing will make a huge difference for the wildcats.

He is the post presence the cats have been missing. Also Sophmore Ethan Moore also had a nice game.

How big of a school is Nicholas County?

It was the last game in Nicholas Co old Gymnasium. Alot of memories in that gym. Nicholas will open there new gymnasium this Wednesday and am told it is very nice. It will be the home of the 38th district tournament this year.

Class A explains the lack of talent that may be in a school. I was going to be shocked if any one said they were 3A-4A.

It's going to be a long year for Coach Letcher and the Bluejackets...
