At Marion County, the pork producers and the beef producers have contests at the games to see who can outdo each other. There is very little that walks or crawls that they will not put on a grill if you ask them. There is about an 85 year old black gentleman who makes the best slaw I've ever had and they put it on a brisket sandwich that is loaded. They also roast corn on the cobs in the husk after a light soak in salt water and it is ambrosia from the gods.
