Why wasn't the refs watching and controling the time on the clock? I know the refs in this area no matter if it's a close game, end of game or whatever. They always watch the clock to ensure it has started and stopped on time!! Was the LCA coaches pitching a fit? I know a RAM coach would have had his head wrapped in duct tape to keep his head from exploding!! JMO

Unless you know what went on just keep it to yourself there was a short on the clock refs knew it before game started so hush.

Bluto: Corbin, like any other town is comprised of fallable humans, we all are imperfect . . . I doubt the clock issue was planned or calculated. Also, I assure you that I am no gap-toothed hick. I visit my dentist at least twice a year and possess a dazzling smile. I am a bit disappointed that a person that has ties with a Christian school would cast such disparaging remarks. Anyway, the kids played hard on both teams. Good luck to them all in post season play.

LCA always plays the game the right way, noticed several Eagle players, especially #54, lay some big licks on Redhound RB's & WR's., then promptly extend a hand to help them up. I was standing close to the LCA bench and the coaching staff was very busy coaching, teaching and encouraging their players, did not get caught up much at all in officiating. LCA always plays the game the right way, noticed several Eagle players, especially #54, lay some big licks on Redhound RB's & WR's., then promptly extend a hand to help them up. I was standing close to the LCA bench and the coaching staff was very busy coaching, teaching and encouraging their players, did not get caught up much at all in officiating. Not making corbin fans look bad just stating that the clock had a short in it.The clock keeper did a good job.Since you replied to my comment I guess i am talking to you as well as every one that is thinking the clock keeping was bad.

Where was the game played? If at Corbin, then that would explain the mystery of the clock, seems to happen a lot there.

 

Lets move on clock operation did not lose game for LCA to many turnovers did that. LCA is a good team.

The refs were watching the clock if you was paying attention to the game you would have notice they did put time back on the clock.So just take your lose go home and prepare for playoffs.This game is over.Move on.

No one is judging LCA, you, or your team. Just making a point that it was Bluto, that called our clock keeper a clown and insinuated that folks from Corbin are gap-toothed hicks. I hope LCA wins another state game this year.
