Finally saw it. Moving to say the least.

 

How about NYC having a "room" for bad teachers to sit in all day while their case is reviewed? Full salary. Average wait in the room is 3 years. $100M annual cost just for this bunch.

 

I'm still bothered by "it's the parents fault" thinking. That thinking seems to A)remove the accountability of the teacher and b)doom the child.
