Good back and forth game with a few too many unsportsmanslike conduct penalties (although 1 is too many). A bigger Lone Oak team gets a 4th quarter score to beat the speedier Mayfield squad.

Good game by both...Who is the number 7 kid he is going to be a good player for Mayfield. I gotta say Mayfield even though there was a slight size difference played a lot bigger than they were.

Good comeback by Lone Oak after trailing 31-21. Lone Oak mixed it up well with both the pass & run. #11 Tyler Presnell made a unbelievable one handed catch that would have made any highlight reel. #13 Sean Murphy looked good directing the offense. The only thing I question is why your in shotgun formation trying to end the game with a kneel down, isn't there such a thing as a bad snap?

Wish there would be a Lone Oak in the future to go along with the good Tilghman and Mayfield programs this end of the state.

McCracken Co, once consolidated, should be a solid program itself. I see no reason they won't be. Reidland, Lone Oak and Heath combined should be pretty good. Granted, probably 2/3 of the team will come from Lone oak, but, add 20-30 quality kids from the other 2 schools and should be solid...
