November 12, 201015 yr I believe Kellen Moore will be a better pro than Cam Newton. I will take my blasting for omitting Newton's rushing stats, should have been included, my mistake. Moore still gets my Heisman vote. Should we start giving the Heisman out based on schedule strength? Other than 1960, when Roger Staubach won the Heisman, I believe it's gone to a BCS conference every year. There may have been one or two exceptions in there, but not many. I just think Kellen Moore is a winner, and I would be willing to bet that coach Petersen would not trade him for any other QB in the country. The kid just has "it". You may be right, but the Heisman is not awarded to who projects as the best pro player. It's awarded to the best college player. There is more than 1 winner who never played a down in the NFL.
