Hopkinsville/Murray/Lone Oak scrimmage

Featured Replies

In one half of play, Hopkinsville beat Murray 13-0, scoring on a TD run and a fumble recovery.

In another half of play, Hoptown beat Lone Oak 22-14. No details on how.

Dont know what happened with Murray and Lone Oak

I'm glad you posted this, Scribe. We didn't go to the scrimmage but the Kentucky New Era had the headline of "Tigers By The Tail" and made it sound (at least to me) like Hoptown looked really bad.

Maybe they meant the Murray Tigers. Or Joe could just be a big Buck Owens fan

About the exact opposite of what I would have predicted.

Was curious about Murray, they still huge and running the ball down the throat?

I believe it was Lone Oak 21 Hoptown 22...Eitherway it was bad from the flash perspective. A lot of nerves I suspect.

Rule 13

Any word on who will lead the Flash offense? Upper classman has so far appeared to me to struggle with leadership and poise. They have a hot shot freshman or sophmore who I am hearing maybe the guy. Anybody know who will lead the Flash tonight?
