Mr. Diamond Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 A continued "lack of love" for NKY!!! Interesting. It would seem there are some other players in NKY worthy of the top 50. Would not worry about this list. It is much more important how you're viewed at the end of the season.

It is much more important how you're viewed at the end of the season. I agree...just thought I would make a point. It happens every year with both individual players and team polls.

Figured everybody may like to take a look. There is no Jordan Cessna at Hoptown, it is John Ed Cessna. Jordan Cessna is from Henderson, I think. And besides, any list like that without Justin Hageman from Hopkinsville is not worth it's salt, IMO.

Park1221 Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 Yes, Hageman should be on the list as he is a D1 signee with WKU. It's pretty obvious that some coaches didn't nominate players and that's why they were left off the list.

Clyde Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 I'm only familiar with one kid on the list. Is this all classes or just seniors?
KY Thorobred Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 I'm only familiar with one kid on the list. Is this all classes or just seniors? I am pretty sure it is all classes, Dailey is a JR. for Harrison.
tomcat84 Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 Other than the top 10-15 players numbers 15-100 are very comparable. Alot of being on the list depends on where you play.
stick1 Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 Chandler Shepard Jr from Lawrence Co might very well have been the best pitcher in the state. He broke the all time scoreless consecutive innings record from his Frosh-Soph year! He had surgery but will be back playing this year. Taking a year off pitching then will hopefully be back his Sr year. He played for the big summer team up in Cincy as a Soph so that should tell you how good he is. He's put in a ton of work to get back! Should hopefully be a great story to follow as he is a great kid! Surgery on his right throwing arm so he decided to start throwing left handed. Will play in the field left handed this year possibly. So talented and such a hard worker! He's got a great bat too! Pitched in the Regional Championship game his 8th and 9th grade years! He's also won at Applebee's! Congrats to Shane Pack too. He's a beast! LC has a great shot to go back to Applebee's once again!
