On a side note, Luke Maile (formerly of Cov Cath and now a Ky Wildcat) hit a home run in his first official collegiate at bat for the Cats. Kentucky won 10-4 over Bowling Green.

Brody Layton from Owen County. Has a nasty slider and was clocked this summer in this low eighties consistantly.

Nate Alford from Boone County is a very solid player.

I admit that I do not know all of the players however the two 2B that I've seen that are the best returning are Logan Carney at Ryle and Logan Seimer at CCH.

Carney is a great infielder, also has a lot of Varsity experience. As long as he keeps his hitting in check he will be one of the top seniors in NKY.

Egan from HC can be a suprise top senior I think if he can keep his composure

I agree totally...he has shown in the past few seasons that he can be a very solid gap hitter, but consistency will be the key. No doubt the best 2nd baseman in NKY. He is a super nice young man and I will be rooting for him.

shawn clauss is only a junior. i do not believe brandon tucker will play baseball. he has

not played his first 3 years of high school. its a shame because baseball is best sport.
