With who, Heath Bell?

You have Marmol who is a decent option at closer, but he may end up losing the closer's job.

Huston Street is hurt and won't be back until mid-May most likely.

Other than that, you've got nothing...

Don't worry I'll have saves.:p

To diversify your risk. As you saw, Lance Berkman went down with an injury. Now that he's on the DL, you are forced to scour the waiver wire for another player.

If you had a few guys on your bench, injuries wouldn't be such a big issue. Also, it's a long season and players have ups & downs. It's nice to be able to sit someone for a few games when they're in an 0-15 slump.

Got a good starter in Nick Swisher. :thumb:

Just saying but you have Bailey and Chapman on your team. :p

It's all in good fun, can't wait to get the season started! :taz:

Homer Bailey is poised for a good year. Chapman is a guy who I have stashed away for later in the season.

I also have Justin Verlander, Josh Beckett & Matt Garza. That makes Bailey my 4th starter, and Chapman my 5th.

It wouldn't shock me if you lost saves every week.

FYI Heath Bell was really good last year.

Bell has been very good the past 3 seasons, with last year being his best (in terms of fantasy value); however, Bell is BBI's only "sure thing" at closer.

Marmol is the next best bet. Street is hurt & Capps stinks.

Marmol is very serviceable. 20-25 saves with 95 K's... I'd take it.

I agree that Marmol is serviceable, and that is a very good way to put it. He's also on a team that will win a lot of games, so that increases his value. But, if he struggles (particularly with his command), I'd look for him to lose the closer's job relatively quickly in Chicago.

Long story short...BigBlueInsanity is not a lock to win Saves each week w/ Bell & Marmol as his closers.

I have Papelbon, Broxton & Lindstrom (who stinks but is the closer for Houston now...)

I'll win saves most weeks mark it down.

I haven't played fantasy baseball for a while, so I'm excited to see how poorly I have done.
